Requirements

• Lead daily operations for both front‐ and back‐of‐house teams, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest‐focused service.
• Oversee short‐ and long‐term planning for the outlet, including concept development and operational objectives.
• Maintain Hyatt brand standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation across all beverage operations.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members to build a strong, service‐driven staff.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees to support professional growth and uphold Hyatt service standards.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and engagement.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Implement initiatives that enhance both guest and colleague satisfaction.
• Plan and execute special events and holiday functions that elevate the guest experience and drive revenue.
• Monitor and control food, beverage, and labor costs to achieve targeted profitability.
• Evaluate cost‐effectiveness of operational practices and implement strategies to enhance revenue and reduce expenses.
• Oversee payroll, inventory, and reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial management.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to maintain a high‐performing team.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor to support service delivery and engage with guests.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to support seamless guest service and operational efficiency.
• Conduct daily walk‐throughs to ensure compliance with Department of Health regulations and corporate standards.
