Role OverviewThe Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing proper and efficient food service & concessions operations during all events hosted at the venue. They work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure operational standards are met during all events, including prior to, during, and after all scheduled events.
What You Will Do
Confirm all food and supply inventory, restock items, manage the daily operations of the concession stand, maintain clean and functioning kitchens, and provide excellent service to all members & guests daily.

Requirements
- ServSafe Certification
- 1-3 years' experience in high-volume Food & Beverage environment
- Experience or general knowledge in high volume Food & Beverage operations
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and be decisive
- Ability to prioritize
