Job Description
Join Hyatt as a Food and Beverage Supervisor in their downtown Sacramento hotel. As a supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the fine dining steak house, lobby bar, in room dining and Regency Club. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage, exceptional leadership skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a lead or supervisory role in a full-service restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Genuine passion for hospitality, service excellence, and culinary experiences.
  • Prior hotel food and beverage experience is a plus.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fining Dining experience preferred.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills (IE: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight.
  • Engaged trainer, able to facilitate at all levels.
  • Qualification in Hospitality Management is preferred but not essential.
