Job Description
Herschend is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead restaurant operations for Dolly Parton’s SongTellerHotel in Downtown Nashville. The ideal candidate is driven to create meaningful experiences for hosts, guests, and community while ensuring the success & profitability of the restaurant spaces.

Requirements

  • 1 year direct job-related experience in a food & beverage management capacity with a proven track record of restaurant practices in the hospitality industry
  • 1 year management experience overseeing at least 2 direct reports
  • Associate’s degree or certification equivalent, or equivalent on-the-job experience required
  • Knowledge and experience with forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, labor management, and purchasing to ensure maximum productivity
