Job Description

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the coffee shop and supporting other F&B outlets as needed.

Requirements

Reports to the F&B Operations Manager
Directly supervises baristas and supports other F&B outlets as assigned
Ensures consistent quality of service, cleanliness, and product presentation in the outlet
Maintains inventory levels and coordinates with purchasing for supplies and products
Monitors compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Supports promotional activities and seasonal offerings in collaboration with F&B leadership
Assists with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting
Provides hands-on leadership during peak hours and special events
Acts as a liaison between staff and management to ensure smooth communication and operations
Supports other outlets (restaurants, bars, etc.) as needed based on business demands
Maintains accurate records of attendance, performance, and incidents
Participates in team meetings and contributes to operational improvement initiatives
Conducts interviews and hiring for outlet
Assists with onboarding and training of new team members
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
Promotes a positive work environment and team culture
Supports departmental goals and budget adherence
