Role OverviewThis is a temporary Food and Beverage Taskforce Manager position at Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill, primarily supporting Banquets. The role may also support Outlets including Article One - American Grill and Bar, In-Room Dining, and the Regency Club Lounge. The ideal candidate has experience as an Assistant Manager or higher and can start relatively soon.
What You Will Do
Supervise event room set-ups, service, and maintenance of all banquet functions and banquet equipment. Manage day-to-day operations including ensuring exceptional guest experiences, scheduling, payroll, training, and coaching of the team. Work closely with the leadership team and require schedule flexibility including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
