Job Description
Role Overview

The incumbent will coordinate food service personnel, provide accurate reporting of data, and serve as a liaison between the district's staff and temporary labor vendors. The role requires knowledge of food and nutrition services processes, effective customer service skills, and ability to analyze data. The incumbent will be responsible for managing all operations within the unit, developing plans, and identifying expected outcomes/results.

What You Will Do

The incumbent will perform various tasks, including manifesting a professional code of ethics and values, responding to internal and external customers, modeling the routine use of technology, and providing direction and oversight to direct reports. The incumbent will also plan and implement a system of feedback and evaluation, conduct job interviews, and perform final reference checks on applicants.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The incumbent should have a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience, three years of experience in management, leadership, or human resources, and knowledge of food and nutrition services processes. The incumbent should also have ServSafe certification, ability to understand personnel management, and effective communication skills.
