Job Description
The Food & Beverage Manager coordinates activities of dining room staff, monitors efficiency of workflow and service to guests, and meets and greets guests promptly, courteously, and graciously. Responsibilities include expediting food orders, monitoring quality and presentation of dishes being served, and providing day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates. The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and commitment to excellence and high standards.

Requirements

  • Two years' experience in restaurant industry or equivalent
