Job Description
The Food & Beverage Floor Supervisor - The Shed | The SOMM Hotel & Spa will supervise personnel in the Food and Beverage Department, ensuring profitability, efficient operations, and adherence to established safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience and/or training in comparable food service operations, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. The role requires flexibility, computer knowledge, and a strong work ethic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and experiences.

Requirements

  • Supervises personnel in the Food and Beverage Department
  • Assists service team on the floor, takes and serves orders if necessary
  • Facilitates sales/customer service/operations interface daily
  • Inventories supplies and beverages and maintains accurate inventory records monthly
  • Responds to internal and external inquiries and complaints and maintains favorable team member and guest relations as needed
