Job Description
Andaz Miami Beach is seeking an energetic, service-driven F&B Manager for Pool, Beach & A-Z Club. This leader will oversee all food and beverage operations across our pool and beach areas as well as our exclusive A-Z membership club, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
Lead the daily operations of the pool, beach, and A-Z Club F&B operation, ensuring seamless service and a vibrant guest atmosphere.
Manage, train, and motivate a diverse team to uphold Andaz service standards.
Partner with culinary, bar, and resort leadership to execute high-quality service and seasonal programming.
Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to feedback, and implement improvements that elevate the overall experience.
Oversee scheduling, labor management, inventory, and cost controls to achieve financial targets.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Drive revenue through upselling, creative activations, and exceptional service delivery.
