Role OverviewLead a dynamic coffee and hospitality experience at The Lobby Market within Hotel Kansas City. The ideal candidate combines strong restaurant leadership with a genuine knowledge of coffee, barista, and/or bartending technique and minibar service.
What You Will Do
Oversee daily operations, create an engaging environment for guests and colleagues, and ensure consistent service, product quality, cleanliness, organization, and guest experience.

Requirements
- At least one year of restaurant, bar, café, or food and beverage management experience
- Previous experience managing and developing front-of-house colleagues
- Hands-on barista or bartending experience and knowledge of espresso preparation, coffee beverages, milk steaming, and coffee equipment
- Strong understanding of guest service, service recovery, restaurant or café operations, and hospitality standards
- Experience with POS systems, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and basic restaurant financial controls
- Hotel, specialty coffee, or other high-touch hospitality experience preferred
- Required food handler or other certifications must be obtained and maintained in accordance with company policy and applicable law
