Role Overview

Responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations of the hotel and restaurant, including service, administration, and profitability. The Food & Beverage Manager will lead, influence, and encourage others to create a memorable guest experience.

What You Will Do

Provide services above and beyond for guest satisfaction and retention, analyze daily activities, improve service, monitor food and beverage costs, and supervise team members.

Requirements

  • Three years experience in resort/hotel food and beverage operations
  • College degree preferred
  • TB clearance card required

  • English speaking or bilingual
