Job Description
We are looking for our next great team member to join our Food and Beverage management team, as Restaurant Manager. Lead daily restaurant operations with energy and enthusiasm. Inspire and develop a team of hospitality professionals. Ensure impeccable service standards and foster memorable guest interactions. Collaborate with culinary teams to curate unique dining experiences. Drive revenue goals and oversee cost management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant management in a hotel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Hands-on approach and passion for mentoring and developing your team
  • Commitment to creating a guest-first environment
  • Food Handler and TIPS certifications
  • Food Manager certification preferred
  • Experience with TOAST POS a plus
