Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all dining and beverage operations at our private country club. This leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences while managing daily operations, staff development, financial performance, and compliance with health and safety standards.
What You Will Do
Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensure exceptional service standards, recruit and train front-of-house staff, manage inventory and purchasing, monitor labor and food costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field

- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
