Role OverviewThe Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all aspects of the Food & Beverage department, working with the General Manager and Executive Chef to coordinate special functions, quality control, and proper service requirements.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include ensuring that all food and beverage products meet established specifications, providing proper levels of service, completing financial reports, and maintaining a neat and organized work environment.

The ideal candidate will have hi-volume restaurant and/or bar experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, and the ability to communicate clearly with guests in conversational English.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 3 to 5 years Equivalent Work Experience
- Hi-volume restaurant and/or bar experience
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be able to clearly communicate with Guests in conversational English
- Prior cash handling experience
- Nevada Alcohol Awareness card
- Gaming Registration
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
