As the F&B Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations and oversight of our Food & Beverage outlets as needed, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile.
What You Will Do
Operational Excellence: Oversee the efficient operation of F&B outlets, ensuring high standards of service and quality. Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor staff to ensure productivity, quality, and exceptional customer service.
Why It Might Be a Fit
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment, prior serving and/or bartending experience, and proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry are preferred.
Requirements
- Prior serving and/or bartending experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry
- TABC and Texas Food Handler’s Certification
- Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
