Job Description
The Food & Beverage Supervisor serves as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors and positive guest relations, providing prompt, friendly, and efficient service to guests in accordance with Marriott standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and cleanliness.

Requirements

  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas
  • Assist in training and coaching new team members
  • Handle guest service complaints and compliments
  • Input orders into cash register system
  • Follow and ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies and procedures
  • Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers
  • Wash and disinfect kitchen area
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and food preparation checklist
  • Dispense appropriate levels of alcohol
  • Participate in all mandatory job training and meetings
  • Perform any other job duties as assigned
