Requirements

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Assist in training and coaching new team members
• Handle guest service complaints and compliments
• Input orders into cash register system
• Take guest orders and prepare food and beverage items
• Follow and ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company Food Safety Programs
• Wash and disinfect kitchen area
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
• Dispense appropriate levels of alcohol
• Assist in the set-up and closing of the Bistro
• Participate in all mandatory job training and meetings
