Role OverviewThis role oversees daily food and beverage operations at Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa, a resort on the sacred lands of the Santa Ana Pueblo. The position involves supervising, training, and mentoring staff to deliver high-quality hospitality in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
What You Will Do
Oversee daily F&B operations, supervise opening and closing procedures, monitor service quality and cleanliness, create and manage staff schedules, provide coaching and performance feedback, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements
