Job Description
The Food & Beverage Supervisor will supervise any area of the food and beverage function within the hotel and is responsible for overseeing F&B set-up and strike, as well as bar areas.

Requirements

  • Previous background in Food & Beverage, with skills in bar management and beverage preparation
  • Ability to oversee F&B set-up and strike, as well as bar areas with confidence
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Guest-oriented mindset paired with excellent customer service skills and business acumen
  • Comfort working with Microsoft Office to support daily operations
  • Collaborative spirit, positive working relationships, and the ability to inspire colleagues
