Job Description
Miraval Berkshires is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to ensure the quality of the guest and colleague experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the company's standards and policies, and be able to maintain a high level of service during meal time hours.

Requirements

  • Understand and exemplify the standards and SOP's communicated by the leadership team
  • Maintain management presence on the service floor during meal time hours
  • Assist colleagues in maintaining a high level of service through coaching and training during shifts
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining room and service areas
  • Complete any assignments provided by the Outlet Manager & Assistant F&B Managers
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with the outlet leadership team about service-related issues
  • Make clear and educated decisions that will benefit the guest and outlet
  • Provide support for high touch guests
  • Problem-solve for guest issues during service
  • Communicate with leadership with needs and wants for effective service
