Job Description
We are looking for a F&B Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage team at Spruce Peak. Key responsibilities include monitoring good quality and level of service, ensuring cleanliness and assisting in maintaining a smooth operation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have or obtain a valid DLC certificate
  • Three years Restaurant experience
  • Ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations
  • Well organized
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Conflict resolution
  • Must have a flexible schedule to include both weekend days, nights, early mornings and holidays as needed
