Job Description
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage team at Spruce Peak in Vermont. The role involves assisting the Restaurant Outlet Managers in overseeing the operations and staff to maintain high standards and efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have or obtain a valid DLC certificate
  • Three years Restaurant experience
  • Ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations
  • Well organized
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Conflict resolution
