Job Description
Join Hyatt Regency La Jolla as a Food & Beverage Supervisor and lead other associates by coaching, giving direction, and training. Develop fundamental food and beverage knowledge and serve as a liaison between culinary and food and beverage operations. This position plays a significant role in the overall outlet performance, which includes product quality and service standards.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship skills
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge
  • Previous restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
