Job Description
Join the Food and Beverage management team as a Restaurant Supervisor at Le Méridien Chicago - Oakbrook Center. Assist the Restaurant Manager and work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure service standards are consistently met.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of proven leadership experience in a restaurant/hotel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Hands-on approach and a passion for mentoring and developing your team
  • Commitment to creating a guest-first environment
  • Food Handler and TIPS certifications
  • Food Manager certification
  • Experience with TOAST POS a plus
