Job Description
Directs the daily work activities of assigned personnel, ensures sufficient staffing, and establishes policies and procedures for Food and Beverage team members. Ensures team members have required certification validated and performs routine inspections of all Food and Beverage areas and equipment.

  • Responsible for maintaining all employee records
  • Adheres to all Internal Controls, policies & procedures
  • Responsible for appropriate/accurate inventories of supplies
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory, internal controls, policies and procedures
  • Communicates and cooperates with the food & Beverage production management team
