Food & Beverage Supervisor at Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa to ensure the quality of the guest and colleague experience by upholding policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Understand and exemplify the standards and SOP’s communicated by the leadership team
  • Maintain management presence on the service floor during meal time hours
  • Assist colleagues in maintaining a high level of service through coaching and training during shifts
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining room and service areas
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with the outlet leadership team about service-related issues
  • Make clear and educated decisions that will benefit the guest and outlet
  • Provide support for high touch guests
  • Problem-solve for guest issues during service
