Role OverviewAs a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee all service within the Fork Lore restaurant and bar areas, in-room dining, as well as supporting banquet operations to ensure optimum guest satisfaction and create an impeccable environment of service.
What You Will Do
You will stay on the floor during peak hours, communicate with guests to receive feedback, monitor each guest experience to ensure satisfaction and resolution of complaints, and work with the Culinary Team on seamless delivery of food and beverage service.

Requirements
- Basic mathematical comprehension
