Job Description
The Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) is seeking a Food Control Specialist/Cook to join its TACACHALE team in Gainesville, FL. The successful candidate will prepare and issue food at the food services department, following standard recipes and ensuring high levels of sanitation and food quality. The position requires a high school degree, lifting ability, and manual dexterity.

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs without accommodations.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, bend, crouch, reach overhead, stand, and walk on a consistent basis.
  • Must be able to do manual dexterity (i.e. use of fingers, hands, and arms).
