Food Court Cook - Part Time

Requirements

• Communicate with fellow team members, line cooks, and expeditors
• Prepare menu items following established recipes and standards
• Ensure team members clean their areas as they perform duties
• Cross-train team members and maintain high standards
• Control food production and maintain sanitation and quality control
• Demonstrate product knowledge and handle perishables correctly
• Maintain tools and equipment, and assist with cleaning
• Provide relief assistance to Sous Chefs and perform other duties as assigned
