The Food Runner serves guests and assists the Food Server, Bus Person, Bar, and Kitchen teams while providing prompt tableside service and genuine hospitality to everyone at Casa Playa, a coastal Mexican restaurant in Las Vegas.

Requirements

  • Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner
  • Communicates the needs of guests to co-workers, kitchen, and management
  • Follow sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures
  • Expedite food from the kitchen to the tables
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of liquor and beer storage areas
  • Assist with moving chairs and tables as needed
  • Perform table maintenance by checking on the guest throughout service
  • Maintain a level of professionalism
  • Anticipate the guests' needs and responding appropriately
