Role OverviewThis Food Runner position is based at Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort, a luxury property in the Sonoran Desert. The role supports the restaurant team by delivering orders from the kitchen to guests, ensuring a clean and efficient dining environment. It is a full-time, fast-paced role with direct customer contact.
What You Will Do
Quickly and accurately deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests. Assist waitstaff in maintaining a clean dining area throughout service. Lift, pull, and push moderate weight (approx. 25lbs) as needed.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Candidates should have a genuine desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to stand for long periods are required. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary. A valid AZ Food Handlers License is preferred.
