Role OverviewWe are seeking highly motivated and service-oriented staff to join our team at Star Noodle, an award-winning restaurant in Lahaina. The ideal candidate has experience in customer service and/or the food service industry, can work a flexible schedule, and is enthusiastic about sharing our exceptional service standards with our guests.
What You Will Do
The Food Runner will make eye contact and greet guests with authentic enthusiasm, treat customers and co-workers with courtesy and respect, and communicate to supervisors when help is needed to maintain customer service. Additional tasks include setting the dining room for service, seating guests, and assisting guests with all requests.

Requirements
- Experience working in customer service and/or the food service industry
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass and practice the Maui County Department of Liquor Test and the TiPS training course
