Requirements

• Ensures the prompt delivery of food from the kitchen to the dining room.
• Assists Waitpersons in a cooperative manner to ensure efficient service to guests.
• Delivers food to guests using standards fine dining etiquette.
• Adheres to the principles of basic food service, delivering hot food hot and cold food cold.
• Familiarizes self with all food items on both printed and daily menus.
• Ensure food order is correct before serving to the guests.
• Ability to describe each dish when served.
• Monitor tables closely and be attentive to guests' needs.
• Completes assigned side work as directed.
• Adheres to proper food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintains excellent communication with the expeditor, other runners, and front of house staff.
