Requirements

  • Stocking food and service ware
  • Delivering food and beverage products
  • Cleaning tables and removing dirty dishes
  • Mopping the food service area
  • Supplying the buffet with food and beverages
  • Serving patrons with items such as water and condiments
  • Moving, carrying, and setting up dining tables, chairs, and buffet equipment
