Job Description
Assists the service staff in the service of food for the guests, ensures efficient and timely service, and guarantees the best possible dining experience for the guest.

Requirements

  • Complete opening, closing, and side work
  • Set up food carts and stations for service
  • Communicate with and support all staff to better serve guests
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in an accurate and timely manner
  • Monitor each guest's dining experience
  • Pre-set tables for dining and clear tables for the next course
  • Be knowledgeable of all menu items with ingredients in relation to common dietary restrictions
  • Maintain a clean dining area
  • Report equipment that needs repair or supplies that need to be ordered
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas
  • Follow 4 Keys service standards, standard operation procedures, and safety standards
  • Follow safety and security procedures
  • Work cohesively with co-workers and all departments as part of a team
  • Follow all appropriate policies and procedures while constantly striving to improve standards of operations
  • Adhere to attendance and reliability standards
  • Follow all additional duties as assigned by management
