Job Description
The Food Runner provides support to service teams in fine dining, following service guidelines and delivering exceptional guest service.

Requirements

  • Follow service guidelines according to the Brand standards in the Service Manual
  • Pick up food from expediter and deliver to table
  • Responsible for knowledge of all Food and Beverage menus
  • Keep service area and tools clean and organized
  • Responsible for returning all items to their zoned location
  • Attend all ongoing training sessions
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of new staff
  • Follow all prescribed systems of organization and cleanliness
  • Follow all opening and closing checklists and sidework
  • Maintain levels of quality and service as outlined in the Service Manual
  • Follow all daily and weekly cleaning schedules
