EasyLlama is seeking a Food Safety & Beverage Subject Matter Expert to review and validate compliance training content prior to publication, ensuring courses accurately reflect regulatory requirements and effectively translate complex topics into clear, actionable learning for frontline workers and supervisors.
Requirements
Strong expertise in food safety regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g., FDA, FSMA, or equivalent)
Working knowledge of food hygiene, safety practices, and training requirements across food production, agriculture, or hospitality environments
Ability to assess training content for accuracy, clarity, and practical applicability
