Role OverviewWe have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, energetic, and eager Food Safety & Quality Assurance Supervisor in Boston! Develops, implements, and inspects SOPs across facilities, HACCP lines, and food assembly areas. Oversees HACCP program documentation, audits, and non-compliance investigations.
What You Will Do
Conducts regular quality control assessments and trend analyses; maintains logs of findings, complaints, and corrective actions. Leads GMP, foreign object, hygiene, and HACCP audits and reports findings to operations with recommended corrective actions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Food Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in hygiene, food safety, and quality assurance, preferably in a food manufacturing or catering environment
- HACCP Certification (Required)
- PCQI – Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (Preferred)
- ISO and/or SQF training (Preferred)
- Food Safety Certification (State-specific, if applicable)
