Job Description
The Assistant Food Service Operations Manager will be responsible for delivering warm and welcoming experiences for guests, implementing operational systems, and overseeing food service training and orientation. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership skills, and the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven leadership skills with an understanding of the importance of team building/development
