Job Description
Food Service Assistant Operations Manager responsible for implementing operational systems, processes, and policies to deliver exceptional guest experiences and support organizational mission and business needs.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills with team building and development experience
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Financial management, merchandising, analytical, planning, and leadership skills
  • Computer knowledge and skill level for basic office functions
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (35lbs)
  • Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays
