Job Description
We are seeking a Food Service Bartender to join our team at Regency Towers in Panama City Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment. Previous bartending and/or industry experience is a plus, but all education backgrounds are eligible. The successful candidate will be able to deliver warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client, and will be responsible for overseeing quality, product levels and inventory of product, as well as fulfilling guest’s needs quickly and efficiently. The successful candidate will also be responsible for upholding a professional appearance and mannerism, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment, and upholding and demonstrating a complete understanding of company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excelled problem solving/decision making skills combined with the ability to be organized
  • Demonstrates the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (35lbs) as necessary to operation
  • Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed
