Job Description
We are looking for a Food Service Cook to join our team at Wonders of Wildlife National Museum & Aquarium in Springfield, Missouri. As a Food Service Cook, you will be responsible for delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client. You will support restaurant prep, meet daily quickservice, food service, safety and quality standards, and ensure safe food handling. Ideal candidate is a team player, personable, professional, upbeat and energetic, and takes initiative.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional problem solving/decision making skills combined with the ability to be organized
  • Demonstrates the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Food handling license preferred
  • 1-2 years food preparation
