Job Description
The Jr Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen duties, ensuring quality and safety standards, and leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. They will work closely with the Sous Chef and Food Service Operations Manager to ensure smooth service and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

  • Proven leadership skills with an understanding of team building and development
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (10-35lbs)
  • Computer knowledge and skill level for basic office functions
