Job Description
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate has three years of supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to team building and development.
Requirements
Three years of supervisory experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven leadership skills
Exceptional problem solving/decision making skills
Computer knowledge and skill level for basic office functions
Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays
