Job Description
We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our team at Roger Williams Park Zoo. The Sous Chef will be responsible for creating competitive quality products, supervising and participating in menu pricing and preparation, and ensuring compliance with all food safety regulations and practices.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills with an understanding of the importance of team building/development
  • Exceptional problem-solving/decision-making skills combined with the ability to be organized
  • Demonstrates financial management, merchandising, analytical, planning, and leadership skills
  • Computer knowledge and skill level for basic office functions
