Role OverviewThe Nutrition Services Aide is responsible for performing a wide range of duties within the foodservice department, including delivery and retrieval of patient trays, stocking supplies, operating a POS system, portioning food, and general cleaning responsibilities.
What You Will Do
Prepares, sets, and serves all food as directed, performs minor food preparation and portioning tasks, prepares and gathers items for snacks and breaks, and delivers trays to patients.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have customer service and/or food service experience, but on-the-job training will be provided. The employee must be able to walk for up to 7 hours, sit for up to 1 hour, and stand for up to 1.5 hours.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency preferred
- Customer service and/or food service experience preferred, but not necessary
