Role OverviewThe Nutrition Services Aide is responsible for performing a wide range of duties within the foodservice department, including delivery and retrieval of patient trays, stocking supplies, and operating a POS system.
What You Will Do
Prepares and serves food, performs minor food preparation and portioning tasks, and delivers trays to patients. Ensures proper temperatures and portion sizes, and maintains proper food quality and temperature.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires customer service and/or food service experience, but on-job training will be provided. Must be able to walk for up to 7 hours, sit for up to 1 hour, and stand for up to 1.5 hours.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency
- Customer service and/or food service experience preferred
