Job Description
As a Food Service Associate Manager, you will support the mission of Student Affairs and lead daily operations at Einstein Bagel and The Market on Cougar Way, including customer service, cashiering, food safety, and inventory management. This position is responsible for hiring, training, and performance management of 70-85 student staff, fostering student development and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant administration, institutional management, business administration or closely related field
  • Two (2) years of supervisory/management experience which included planning and budgeting
  • Previous experience supervising multi-unit operations that reflect operational depth and breadth in scope and concept
  • Strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, and supervisory experience are a must for this position
