Job Description
As a Food Service Expert at Target, you will be responsible for creating an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests, help guests find what they need, and provide a fresh and abundant shopping experience. You will also be responsible for executing Food & Beverage processes, maintaining a neat and clean dining area, and following proper perishable inventory procedures. The role requires a strong interest and knowledge of the food service business, previous food or grocery experience, and a welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.

Requirements

  • Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first culture in food
  • State and federal food safety and OSHA guidelines
  • Monitoring sales of products and adjusting production to drive efficiency, profitability and minimize waste
